Shipping & Payment Policy
Paints, brushes, and other small supplies: Orders over $150.00 (before taxes) are shipped free of charge to any Canadian provincial destination that has a post office.
Shipping of canvases, cradled birch panels, watercolour paper, and other larger items by courier is highly subsidized to all areas. You would be informed of the exact cost prior to finalizing your order.
Prepayment by e-transfer or credit card is required before shipping. Once your order is processed, you’ll receive an invoice to review before submitting payment. We will never charge a credit card without your prior approval. You’ll be notified when your order ships.
