Shipping & Payment Policy
Orders of $250 or more (before taxes), where canvas dimensions do not exceed 40 inches, ship to any Canadian province with a post office for a flat $30 fee. For larger canvases, contact us for a quote — individual circumstances are assessed and you’ll receive a draft invoice including shipping to your destination.
Clients in the Canadian territories are asked to contact us by email for cost estimates on pricing and shipping.
Combined orders of $50 or more (canvases and/or Cranfield Artists’ Oils) are delivered or shipped free of charge within the BC Lower Mainland.
Prepayment by e-transfer or credit card is required before shipping. Once your order is processed, you’ll receive an invoice to review before submitting payment — we’ll never charge a credit card without your prior approval. You’ll be notified when your order ships.
